ECO WHEEL CORPORATION - WARRANTY

ECO Wheel Corporation warrants to the original owner that products manufactured by ECO Wheel Corporation are free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal intended use from original purchase. Lifetime structural warranty will be applicable for the life of the vehicle when properly installed and properly used under normal operating conditions.

ECO Wheel Corporation warrants to the original retail purchaser that wheels manufactured by ECO Wheel Corporation will be free from chrome plating defects, limited to separation or peeling of chrome,for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of sale of said wheel. Surface rust and/or corrosion can be prevented with proper care and is not covered by this warranty.

The following also does not apply under warranty:
-Any defect, malfunction, or failure caused by damge to wheels in transit, off highway use, or by abuse, mis-use, accident or negligence.
-Wheels that have been altered or repaired.
-Wheels that have not been installed properly, or with incorrect tire size application, or used with excessive vehicle loads.
-Wheels using any form of adapters/spacers and/or any form of accessories.
-Wheel corrosion and/or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions or neglect.
-Wheels that have been mounted for any reason after purchase.
-Transfer of title of any ECO Wheel products by the original owner.

ECO Wheel Corporation warranty is valid only to the original consumer purchaser of ECO Wheel products purchased in the USA and Canada. ECO Wheel Corporation will process all requests for warranty as long as the wheel(s) is returned to the authorized dealer from where it was purchased, freight prepaid, with proof of purchase.

All returns must be authorized with R.R.# (Return Authorization Number) before wheels are returned to and/or accepted by ECO Wheel Corporation.

ECO Wheel Corporation agrees to repair or replace, at ECO Wheel Corporation's sole discretion, without charge, any of the ECO Wheel products which is returned with proof of purchase to the dealer from whom the wheel was originally purchased or at the original owners expense to ECO Wheel Corporation, 1745 1/2-B Orangethorpe Park, Anaheim, California 92801 (freight prepaid) and which, after examination, shows that said product(s) has failed in normal use due to defects in material and/or workmanship. Such repair or replacement shall not include removal and installation of wheels and/or tires.
